Sheehany are the isolated peaks in Bashkir Trans-Urals. Sheehany are considered the unique geological monuments of nature and consist of four peaks, standing separately near Sterlitamak city and forming a narrow string, stretching over 20 km along the river Belaya. These mountains represent the highest mountain mass of Middle Ural and one of the most beautiful Ural lakes – Arakuhl – lies at the foot of the peaks.
